Having managed investigations for Riverside County DPSS since 1998, Mr. Lough brings over two decades of investigative experience and insight to his profession. Breaking into the private sector in 2007, Mr. Lough initially began conducting sub-rosa investigations for some of the biggest worker's compensation companies in California. As opportunities began to present themselves, Mr. Lough was able to focus solely on the areas of investigations that he felt passionately. Mr. Lough is committed to complete, unbiased, thorough and professional background investigations that are done in a timely manner. Also, when presented with cases that appeal to his sense of justice, both family law cases and criminal defense cases are fiercely investigated.
